Virtue Medical Staffing Services was founded by Dr. Winnifred McPherson, Ed.D and Nicole McPherson, RN to provide and fulfill the demand for qualified, quality nursing care providers in the communities of Broward County, Florida.
The care and safety of our patients, the confidence of our clients, and the professionalism of our caregivers is our utmost concern.
We are licensed and insured, and we comply with all Federal and State regulations as well as individual contract requirements.
Virtue Medical hires the most qualified and dependable nursing personnel with the highest integrity of service that will not only keep our clients satisfied, but have them recommend us to others. To accomplish this, intensive training, criminal background checks, and medical examinations are required for every caregiver.
